How to Play Empire City ?

Empire City is a classic city-building game set in ancient times where you, the Prefect, must build and manage your own empire from scratch. Guided by your advisors Julia and Flavius, you’ll learn the basics of construction, resource management, and city planning.

Start by building roads and houses, then gather resources like clay from quarries to upgrade buildings. As you progress, unlock workshops to craft materials such as clay mixture for advanced construction. Use gems to speed up production and keep your city growing.

Once training ends, you’re free to expand your empire build homes, manage workers, and create a thriving ancient metropolis under your rule!
